If the connection between I LOCK IT and the Android smartphone cannot be re-established after the installation, the value for location sharing has probably not been correctly transmitted to the app.
Please go to the location settings in the smartphone and select the I LOCK IT app there.
Set the value for the permission to * always *. Please select * always * by tapping again, even if it has already been selected.
Afterwards restart the smartphone. Now the value should be transferred to the app correctly and a connection possible.
If the connection problems still persist:
please go to location settings again and set the value to * never *. Then reset the value to * always * and then restart the smartphone.
The location services must be able to work in the background in order to be able to use the Bluetooth function to the full extent and also to enable reconnection when approaching the bike.
