- Activation of the 2-year tracking period begins upon initial login of I LOCK IT in the app.
- Live tracking starts in the event of an alarm within the EU, as long as a 2G mobile connection can be established.
- I LOCK IT PRO of the DBA series and I LOCK IT GPS use GPS modules with 2G mobile network access.
- The SIM card operates independently of the network operator.
The primary network is that of Deutsche Telekom and its partners; if these networks are unavailable, the next strongest mobile network is used.
I LOCK IT PRO of the DEA series, shipped since September 2025:
- The new GPS module also supports the use of the 4G mobile network and Wi-Fi tracking.
