To ensure that your I LOCK IT always has the latest functions, it makes sense to check at regular intervals whether a new firmware is available.
To do this, carry out the following steps:
- Connect your I LOCK IT to the I LOCK IT app
- Open I LOCK IT App → Menu → Settings → My I LOCK IT → Firmware Update
- Select the item “Check for updates”
- If a firmware update has been found, you can save it to your phone using the Download button
- Install the firmware update on your I LOCK IT by pressing the “Start transfer” button
- Please restart the I LOCK IT app
Requirements:
Your I LOCK IT must be open and charged or connected to the Power Cable.
Useful information:
After the firmware update has been completed, you can use your I LOCK IT again as usual. The I LOCK IT app informs you about new features that were installed through the update.
