The I LOCK IT app needs to have all the necessary permissions to establish a proper connection. Please adjust your smartphone settings as follows, if these were not already set during setup.
- Exit the app in the background I LOCK IT APP Menu → Exit
- Go to your smartphone's settings and look for the Apps menu item
- Find the I LOCK IT APP in the list and then go to → Permissions → All permissions allowed, then set the setting to “Always allow”
- If available, please enable the app permission for "Autostart"
