To install the I LOCK IT App on your smartphone, please carry out the following steps:
- Download the I LOCK IT App from the Google Play Store
- Install and start the app on your smartphone
- After starting the I LOCK IT app for the first time, you will receive a message about energy optimization
- Confirm the message with “Open”
- Select “All apps” in the selection above
- You will be shown a list of all the apps installed on your smartphone
- Scroll down to the I LOCK IT app
- Deactivate the button behind the I LOCK IT app or select “Do not optimize”
- Switch back to the I LOCK IT app.

The I LOCK IT App has now been removed from your smartphone's energy optimization settings. Now the app can automatically connect to your I LOCK IT, even if your smartphone is in standby.
