Logging in and out of your I LOCK IT app is done using your email address and password that you provided during registration.
Problems logging in or out:
- You don't have an internet connection
- Your account has not yet been activated after registration
Please check your email inbox and check whether you have received the registration email. - Your username and/or password were entered incorrectly
- You used the log-in data from the webshop or helpdesk
