If the Bluetooth connection to I LOCK IT is not possible, check for the following:
- The Bluetooth functionality is deactivated → switch on Bluetooth and try the connection again
- The I LOCK IT app is no longer active → start the I LOCK IT app
- Another smartphone is connected to I LOCK IT → disconnect other smartphones
- The Bluetooth functionality of the smartphone is compromised→ restart the smartphone
- The connection between I LOCK IT and the smartphone is no longer available → Pair I LOCK IT again using the color code
- The battery of your I LOCK IT is empty → charge I LOCK IT
