The NB_0x91 error occurs if the connection to the smartphone is rebuilt before the connection to the keyfob was established.
- Reset your keyfob to the factory defaults
- Log out of the app and log in after a restart of the App
- Connect the keyfob using the I LOCK IT App
If the connection still cannot be established:
- Save your personal color code of your I LOCK IT. You can find this in the app under Menu -> Settings -> My I LOCK IT and can also be displayed without a connection to your I LOCK IT
- Quit the I LOCK IT app
- In the Settings app of your Android Smartphone, navigate to the Apps section
- Select the I LOCK IT app to Force Stop the App and clear the cache and data
Restart the smartphone and start the I LOCK IT app. You should not be logged in to the app and no I LOCK IT is connected to the app.
When using I LOCK IT GPS, please log in to the app. The connection data to your I LOCK IT GPS will be synchronized from our server.
I LOCK IT+ and I LOCK IT classic need to be connected to your App using the personal color code of your I LOCK IT!
You can now connect the key fob again using the app. Please wait a few minutes after connecting the keyfob before you reconnect to your I LOCK IT using your smartphone.
